Stephen Francis "Chip" Cinibulk

Stephen Francis “Chip” Cinibulk, 52, of Acme, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was born July 3, 1972, in Latrobe, a son of Jackie Nolan Willochell and husband Paul of New Derry and the late Stephen J. Cinibulk. He was a graduate of Derry High School. Chip worked at Kennametal in Latrobe as a Lab Technician for 29 Years. He was a member of St. Raymond of the Mountains Church, Donegal and the New Derry Sportsman for many years. Chip was the kindest, funniest, good natured person anyone could have been blessed to know. From playing Santa for the kids to “entertaining nurses”, he was always fun be around. He stole his wife’s heart just being the good soul he was and of course his beautiful blue eyes. He was the best husband, best dad, best friend anyone could ask for. Boy did he love to garden! Through back kisses and being “Baby Dumpling” God truly broke the mold when he made Chip. Just wish he wouldn’t have taken him so soon. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by maternal grandfather and grandmother Francis and Rose Nolan and paternal grandmother Annie Cinibulk. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Kelli L. (Bill) Cinibulk of Acme; a son Colin Cinibulk; a daughter Chloe Cinibulk; two brothers Derick and Laura (Leo, and Lucia) and Shane and Jordan (Mason and Ayla); numerous great aunts and uncles, aunts and uncles, cousins, second cousins, and the greatest group of friends a guy could ask for. Family will receive friends for Chips Life Celebration 1-5PM Sunday June 22, 2025 in the Matthew X. Merlin Funeral Home, Inc., 529 N Chestnut St. Derry, PA 15627, 724-694-8331. A Blessing Service will follow at 5pm in the funeral home with Rev. Matthew Udoh as officiant. A funeral dinner will follow at St. Martin Parish Hall, 5694 PA-982, New Derry. A Committal Service will be held 1PM, Monday, June 23, 2025 at the St. Raymond of the Mountain Cemetery, 770 Back Creek Road, Champion, PA, 15622.
