Lynn D. Ferraro

Lynn D. Ferraro. 75, of Ligonier Twp., died peacefully on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at his home, surrounded by his family. Lynn was born on March 8, 1948 in Latrobe, a son of the late Alfred W. and Mary (Moffa) Ferraro. Lynn was a self-employed business man having owned and operated ARO Enterprise. He was a US Air Force veteran having served during the Vietnam War. Lynn was a member of the Holy Trinity Parish, Ligonier. He enjoyed golfing, music, shooting sports, and sporting clays. Lynn was a former member of the band, Tangerine and was an Author of children’s books. Lynn is survived by his loving wife Linda L. (Winebrenner) Ferraro of Ligonier Twp.; two sons Lynn Christopher Ferraro of Ligonier and Anthony Ferraro of Harrison City; one brother Alfred Ferraro and wife Kris of Latrobe; three grandchildren Joseph Ferraro and wife KC, and Nicolina and Cianna Ferraro; one great granddaughter Lindy Nicole Ferraro; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends for Lynn’s Life Celebration 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Matthew X. Merlin Funeral Home Inc. 529 N. Chestnut St. Derry, PA 724-694-8331. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the Holy Trinity Parish, 342 W. Main St., Ligonier, PA 15658, 10AM, Saturday, October 28, 2023 with Rev. Anthony J. Carbone, JCL as celebrant.
