James Romansky Obituary

James R. Romansky, 75, of Derry Twp., died August 18, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born February 13, 1946 in Lloydsville, the son of the late Louis A. and Grace A. (Kozuba) Fisher. Prior to retirement James worked at Latrobe Die Casting as a machinist. James enjoyed working. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife Patricia G. (Lawson) Romansky and two sisters Debbie Shawley and Darlene Lattanzio. James is survived by his son Jayar James Romansky of Derry; two daughters Lori A. Popp of Maysville, NC and Danita M. Ostrander of Beaver, PA; two sisters Dee Riffle and husband Todd and Diane Dempsey both of Latrobe; 6 grandchildren Dixie and Gemma Ferguson, Elizabeth and Christina Dillinger, Kylie Langley, and Mason Ostrander; several great grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. In accordance with James wishes there will be no services. The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements with the Matthew X. Merlin Funeral Home Inc. 529 N. Chestnut St. Derry, PA 724-694-8331.
