Esther M. (Beistel) Anderson

Esther M. (Beistel) Anderson, 77 of Greensburg, died July 10, 2022 at her home. She was born on September 14, 1944 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Harry and Mary Elizabeth (Pritts) Cairns/Beistel. Prior to retirement Esther had worked for the US Postal Service as a mail carrier. She was a member of The Way in Latrobe. Esther was a Reverend. She graduated from Greater Works outreach in Monroeville. Esther loved reading and was a passionate lover of God. Besides her parents, Esther was preceded in death by two brothers Tom and Richard Cairns. Esther is survived by her son Todd D. Anderson and wife Joanie of Carbondale, CO; one daughter Heather Short and husband David of Derry Twp.; four grandchildren Renee and Jacob Short and Samantha and Madeline Anderson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
