Betty L. (Davis) Waldron, 72 of New Derry, died October 17, 2017 at Loyalhanna Care Center.
She was born November 16, 1944 in Grafton, PA, the daughter of the late Leroy and Mary Olive (Shetler) Davis.
Betty was a homemaker and she was a member of New Derry United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her 2 brother Harry and William Davis and 2 sisters Zella Mikeska and Sandy Mae Marchitelli.
Betty is survived by her husband of 54 years Frank E. Waldron of New Derry; two daughters Angel Waldron Rice and husband Hubert “Jiggy” of Derry and Lisa J. Hartung and husband Richard of Trafford; two sisters Nancy Fricentz of Black Lick and Diane Height of Indiana and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Betty’s wishes were that the funeral services will be private.
The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements with the Matthew X. Merlin Funeral Home Inc. 529 N. Chestnut St. Derry, PA 724-694-8331.
