Aaron P. Kisic

Aaron P. Kisic, 61, of Ligonier, died Friday May 27, 2022 in his home. He was born in Latrobe, July 27, 1960 the son of Maribel J. (Lear) Kisic-Kalp and the late Michael V. Kisic. Aaron enjoyed being outdoors; hunting, fishing, and watching all the wildlife wander past his living room windows in his cabin. He loved playing Santa for his grandkids & family. He was a proud grandpa and loved watching his grandkids grow. Besides his father, Aaron was preceded in death by his brother Brian Kisic. In addition to his mother, Aaron is survived by his daughter Stacey (Rick) Piper and son Aaron (Faith) Kisic, brothers Michael (Suzanne) Kisic, Mark (Deb) Kisic, Eric (Sue) Kisic, John (Kathy) Kisic, grandchildren Alexis, Jesse, Claire, Ellie, and Hayley, 5 nieces & 1 nephew. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022, 10:00 at Matthew X Merlin Funeral Home, Inc. 529 N. Chestnut St. Derry, 724-694-8331 with the Rev. Salvatore R. Lamendola as officiant. Inurnment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Derry A funeral luncheon will follow at the Adam’s Falls Pavilion in Linn Run State Park.
