Todd Alan Rager

Todd Alan Rager, 53, of Latrobe, died Saturday, May 11, 2019, at his home. He was born March 18, 1966, in Latrobe, a son of Elaine Wasson of Latrobe and the late Charles O. Rager. Todd was proud of his career as a bridge painting union member. Fondest of all jobs was his work on the New River Gorge Bridge. He was skilled in karate and enjoyed its challenges. Todd loved gardening and enjoyed his lovely flowerbeds. He cooked like a chef and took pride in serving great food to others. He was a generous and honest man and loved teaching others his broad knowledge and systems of doing these things. He loved his 2 kids and also loved his 2 faithful furry companions Winslow and Chloe. Todd is survived by his two children Michael Rager and wife Courtney Rager of Latrobe and Brittany Kalina of Boswell; one brother Mark Rager and wife Beth of Latrobe; five sisters Laurie Corbett of Latrobe, Linda McCurdy and husband Edward of Derry, Susan Kuncher and husband James of Blairsville, Deborah Graham and husband David of Dayton, PA, and Freda Ramos of Kernersville, NC; eight grandchildren; former spouse Lisa Zemba Wagner of Harrison City; special aunt Louise Walters of Derry, and many nieces, nephews, 1 half-brother and friends. The family will receive friends for Todd’s Life Celebration, on Friday, May 17, 2019 6 PM at the Bible Baptist Church 232 PA Route 217 Latrobe, PA 15650. The Pastor Matthew Schwender will be officiating. A dinner will follow at the church. Interment will be private.
