Michael N. Ostrom, 54, of Hempfield Twp., died on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at his home. He was born December 22, 1963 in Port Allegany, PA, the son of the late Robert and Evalee (Pinchock) Ostrom. Michael was a proud Veteran of the US Navy. He loved serving his country and people. Michael is survived by his daughters Jessica Strickland of Allenhurst, GA and her sister Crystal Snyder of Wallace, NC; one brother Robert Ostrom of Emporium, PA, five grandchildren Dylan Snyder, Adrianna Perkins, James King, Aubree Perkins, and Calee Strickland, and several friends. The family has entrusted the Matthew X. Merlin Funeral Home Inc. 529 N. Chestnut St. Derry, PA 724-694-8331 with the funeral arrangements.
